Build a Website with Arabic/English interface to show products.

The functions we need is as follow: 1- Only admin can add a product. 2- the product has two costs a- labor cost, b- weight 3- the client can select products from different categories into the shopping cart 4- the shopping cart show the products and the total cost 5- the cost in the invoice is two a- total labor cost b- total weight 6- we can categorize products into 10-15 main categories 7- Every category can be sub-category of 10 subcategories. 8- The products are gold, and the product will show an image of the product, or more than one image, and some text in Arabic and English 9- There is no payment is required. As the payment must be handled manually. No credit card, no paypal, nothing at all. We pay you after you complete the project, we cannot release any milestone before you finish all the work. if you can do this plz bid.
