Build a Website like trivago/skyscanner

Hello, I have no clue about how to develope a site or anything like that. But here is what i need: A site like trivago/skyscanner that will work with my affilate links. I have a huge new consept (not a normal affilate site like everyone else have). That will give huge income. The site will be really simple, and have only 4 affilate partners (and chance to add more later) Those are [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and two more I have also a few other ideas i need to bring out in life. But this is one of my co projects that i need to be done with first. But if the job are done good, and you want. Then you can take a part of somthing huge later. Im talking about facebook huge. But thats a few years from now (takes time to get right people together) I have set 45 000$ to the travel agency project now. I only want you to do the job with developing the site, so thats not a huge cost. But i also need you to do more things later. When the site is up and running, and we start to trust eachother. Then we can talk about you be a partner in the company (im thinking about 10% free, since your the one that do the job with making the site)
