Build a Website like in the given example

I need a new website that looks and functions like this one: [login to view URL] Note: this is NOT my website, just a place that I take inspiration from. I will of course have different text and pictures (supplied by me). Here is what I love about the scrapd site, that I want in my site: The top part (Your scrapbook, digitally) is great with the movie in the background, etc The iPhone simulation will be skipped, no need for that The video below the iPhone simulation will be included, but obviously a different text+video The Pricing section will look different, I will make a mock-up in paint or similar to give you There will be a download button "built by" section is great, keep Blog/presskit/twitter/email is great, keep Blog: Great. No need for archive button The only addition I will need is support for multiple languages. Please quote complete cost and delivery time. The project will be made in 2 milestones (mock-up and finished site). The quote must include the entire work. No time wasters, please. Give the true quote - no re-negotiations will be made later. This is for a start-up company - price is important.
