Build a Website and get it up and running on-line

I need someone to design and build a website for a portable toilet, storage container and dumpster rental business I'm starting. I already have the domain name I purchased through GoDaddy.com. Once you have the site built, I need you to get it up, visible and operating on-line properly. I have ideas on what I want the site to look like, colors and a logo I want to use. I want a very modern and clean look. I would like the site to have the ability to be updated and built out as the business grows. For example, I will want to add tabs with drop downs of information (or new pages) and probably update photos over the next few weeks. I'm hoping the site will have the ability to be easily updated with additional pages of information. I also want the site to be mobile friendly and I'd like to build out an app later on after the business is up and going so this is something I'd consider packaging together with this project now.
