we would like to create website similar to:

see the document creation method on the site(the way you can actually use the pre existing forms and adding your requisites)
there must be option for service provider lawyers to register as service provider
and there must be section for users to register, as it currently is on source site
it must support freelancer type milestone payment system, after which client release the payment themselves. exact same as for freelancer
only bid if you are serious about it and have experience of similar work
no payment will be made before complition
5%of milestone will be created to guarantee the commitment, but not released till completion.
