Dear Sir, I checked your requirement and understood it well. You need a soft switch with inline billing, designed for providing residential, business and wholesale VoIP services, calling cards and Call-back etc, We have done something similar in past. If you are interested then lets talk and then decide. But this is only development of web site not for apps. We will make it responsive so it will work on phones also. While that is fine, will the layout also change (mirror image of the English version) when a user switches to Arabic language? Or will only the language change? Will there be any membership package system for normal listings and premium listings? How your affiliate area will look like: In this area your affiliates login. There they can see the commissions they have earned by sending visitors/buyers to your website and can also see their payment history, can update how they want to be paid. In this the area they can also download the CSV or XML datafeeds of your website products so that they can promote them and redirect traffic to your website. We have reviewed both the sites and understood it's functionality clearly. We can certainly build a similar site and apps for ANDROID and iOS.
