Build a Website Based on an Existing Prototype (details)

I have a large web design prototype that I would like to have transformed into a complete product. It is a website to help small hotels manage reservations and billing. Because a prototype exists, what is expected of you would be very straightforward and easy to understand; however, it would be your responsibility to clean up the build, functionality, security, and to also polish things so that they're easier to use than ever. If you're a talented web designer with experience in web applications, this might be the job for you! This is a low-budget project, but the trade-off is that there is no rush to delivery. You will be able to work at a comfortable pace in order to make fair progress. The only requirement would be prompt communication so that I know you're still on task and have not given up. I would expect preliminary time-to-completion estimates to be met within 20%, give or take. Strong, fluent English is a must. Please share no fewer than two examples of extraordinary web design and online user interaction. Ease of use is a must for this project, so the better your ability to make an application user-friendly, the better your chance of being hired!
