It is the design which has to finalized first, as it is to be a corporate site. So design will be taking 4/5 days and the rest can be done in the rest of days. I have so far build websites for publishing and laboratories. Bootstrap framework can be used for a responsive layout. Hope you will be using same kind of template for all pages
