Hi I have reviewed the project description and have understood your requirements. Would like to let you know that Skype has numerous features but i guess you are looking for just the ones which you have mentioned. We have already developed video/voice chat solutions with all of the functionality which you have mentioned. Though for screen share the users will have to install a small software on their system to make it work. Also please let us know whether you want the users to connect cross platform i.e. via Android or iOS Apps also in future ? As this could be decisive in choosing the right technology to develop the solution. Please open PMB to discuss this further. Kind Regards Sam
