Build a Website

We are looking to build a similar site to the one found at the following address: [login to view URL]!/pjlfecdi/0/design We only what you see on this exact page, not any other page that is part of the larger site. Which is to say, we only need someone to create a "t-shirt builder" interface and nothing else. (We already have a website with an online checkout process and whatnot.) This t-shirt builder interface would allow the user to add photos, vector art, text, and edit, scale, change colors, etc... everything you see that the example site can do. We need the t-shirt builder to generate a 14" x 16" .png file with a transparent background containing whatever design elements the user added and edited. We are seeking a quote for approximately how much this might cost to build. Thank you!
