Build a Website

hi all,I want to get a website and Android/ios app developed. Please give the quotes. I want a very simplistic and professional looking website .Website/app requirements are as follows- 1)It should be a online service website for pet needs 2)On the first page, there should be an option to search for services as per your location(In search bar ,there should be option to enter your address/auto-detect the location and a drop down option to select one of the services from ‘Veterinary doctors, pet training ,pet grooming ,buy/sell pets) 3)The search result should come on the next page 4) We should have option to register service providers (Doctors,trainers,groomers etc)along with their profile (Picture and professional qualifications, experience etc) ,also vendor /doctor can register themselves. 5) Patients should also have an option to register, login, logout etc 6) Each patients should be given some space to upload their medical reports, prescription documents ,pet pictures ,small video clips etc which should be accessible to the doctor he is seeking consultancy from 7) After searching, the patient selects the service provider from the search results as per his preference 8) He pays for the online consultancy after which his order is confirmed along with a confirmation mail sent to him 9) Patient should also have an option to connect with us on whatsapp . So whatsapp number should be provided on the front page (along with a whatsapp plugin if possible) 10) The doctor should have access to all his reports and prescriptions 11) After confirmation of payment, we give the customers required service 12) Website should also have other standard menus, pages and options like doctor /service provider rating and reviews from customers, ask a free question which any doctor can answer, total number of consultancy given etc Our budget is around 10,000 INR.
