Build a Website

I am in need of an experienced wordpress designer that I can hire to complete 5 website projects. They are all using the same theme (The 7) but need to be unique in their design. I already have logos so the design should incorporate the colors used in the logo.
One site is a software review site (should be similar to this [url removed, login to view]), one is a credentialing software site (similar to [url removed, login to view]) and 3 are services websites (similar to [url removed, login to view] ). I can provide some stock images but the designer will be responsible for providing any missing that are needed to complete the project. An example of a completed website that is in the same industry is and for the software site.
For the review site, there would be about 15 different companies and visitors should be able to leave a review. This programming can be completed separately if the designer doesn't know how to add the review ability through a plugin or script.
