Build a Website

Hello,

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING!

I would like a website built with this attached image on the doogle for google site please look it up on your computer prior to see the layout.

As one can see form the layout it has a simple header.

I like how there is a sized background that does have some slight animation to it. and in the center there is the information that I need. My website would have a built in time clock in the center with a video or photo underneath. and A commenting system in place under the photo or image i upload ( attached is another photo showing what type of commenting system i need) check out the website as well it is hot new hip hop. I like that the commenting system calculates the number of likes, places them in order from highest to lowest amount of likes. And captures the one with the highest liked comment at the top.. I believe this is a combination of AJAX and msql or jquiry however I am not sure thats for you as a programmer to know.

I like the slight parallax affect that it has as my site scrolls down it would need to explain the process of how the site works which is a simple one two three process. The bottom of the website would contain a photo of the last post with the winner of the most liked comment.
