Build a Website

This is a fairly simple project for a middle level experienced person. We need a single page web portal which reads incoming message from gtalk/hangout as soon as it arrives, saves the sender's name, date/time of message and the message itself in any database (MSACCESS/MYSQL/MSSSQL) and sends back a reply message as acknowlegment. No designing required. Just read the message, store in database and send back a reply. The communication needs to be in realtime and any number of users can be attached for incoming/outgoing messages. You may use your own gtalk login credentials for testing. Make sure, you provide only plain C# code without using any dll/references/hidden code. Code should be neat and clean and straight forward. To ensure that our requirement can be fulfilled, a little sample code will be required for testing, which may just read the message and sender's identity.
