Hello. I am only looking for pricing at this point. I have two sites that need to be built. The sites are owned by the same company and some features can be shared. First site we want to function similar to USHIP. We need an area where carriers can upload regulation documents and enter their department of transport info. Provide bio info and photos of their truck(s) We want truckers to have the ability to verify their account by providing certain information to us. Things like insurance, government operating authorities. We may mail them a code and then they return to the site enter code to confirm their address. Users posting shipments will need to complete a form. Dimensions, weight, photos. Do you need assistance loading? What time can item(s) be picked up? If the item is a vehicle, does it run, do you have a operator at pick up and delivery? Do you need the driver to load the vehicle? Etc. (many questions that will populate the request for quote form. These are just examples) Once load is posted, our carriers can then place quotes on the load or “bids” we want these available loads to be also populated into our second site. Customer can see who has placed quotes and view the profiles and see if they are verified etc. Once a quote is accepted a carrier confirmation is sent to the shipping company. This confirmation will contain ALL the info about the haul. Pick up address, telephone numbers, times, weights, description of goods, and full name of who arranged the haul. Customers will pay for the haul, and then we hold money in escrow. Once the carrier uploads a signed bill of lading then we release the funds to the shipping company. We want the site to create invoices, bills of lading and order confirmations based on the users profile info. For example a trucking firm would have a profile, upload a logo. When they quote on a job, the quote gets sent to customer on their letterhead. Also any insurance info and operating authority information would be include with the quotes and final invoices. Customers would (for example) post a load Miami to New York City. 1 car. There will be a driver to move the car onto the trailer. The software would calculate mileage based on map software [login to view URL] which would be part of the site(s) Second site is a professional load board. All the features above should be available plus factoring of invoices as most customers pay in 30 days but carriers want the cash right away. So our company will pay carrier within 48 hours of getting signed Bill of Lading. Our company will be taking a percentage of factored invoices. The second site will be subscription based with 15 day trial. There will be subscriptions for carriers and for 3PL’s (brokers). 3Pl;s post the loads and the carriers can quote on them. This is general info, and again we are looking for general quote as there are more features and idea. But this covers the general functionality.
