Build a Website

I have bought a wordpress theme which I want to use for my coupon website, some extra functionality and changes will have to be made to the theme. The theme I have is the wordpress Coupon XL theme. There is a demo to view and to download so you can inspect the theme and get an idea of the changes required. Front end changes Users: I would like to use the deal coupon as the primary and only coupon template on this site. It needs to have the print and email function added so users can print or email the coupon to them. Must offer a pop up login for Users. Capture basic info name,email and capture this in a database to use for newsletters. I will use MailChimp for this and will install it myself to the site. Client Login: Changes (Clients are the companies who own the coupons) I would like to add a few extra fields when they register such as company name. Once the client logins in they can access their account and start creating their profile and coupons. This information must be stored in the back-end somewhere then I will access it and load it as coupons, approve it and then let it go live. Clients won’t be able to load own coupons they can only submit the info and request in their client account. The account will have a section for the company profile: basic information, introduction and upload images. There will also be place for add and manage coupons: this will include extra fields such as coupon information, pricing, duration and then upload images for the coupon. They should also be able to edit the info but will send me an alert and only I can do the changes. Clients should be able to track the stats on their coupons. The system will have to show them how many claims and who claimed (show email address) along with a unique number for the claim. Print/email Template: The coupons will be printed or emailed to the users. I should have a unique number generated, recipients name, expiry date, terms and conditions and an image of the coupon as it appears as the small version on the site BACK-END Offers-coupon template: I required the template to be tweeked a bit. I basically need to add featured paid for adverts option so a few extra fields. Fields time yes/no, duration, amount. System must know to allocate that coupon to the correct advertising spot. Different spots such as Hompage, region or category will be available. These changes will be done to “Offers” Users template: Back-end you will see “Users” when clients register their basic account information is stored here. Such as name, username, password. I need changes done to the columns showing the clients listed underneath one another. Want to see information that is more focused on the coupon claims, views,clicks, expired and total amount owed for the month if they took any featured paid for adverts. Then I will need this section to also be able to run a report of all the clients and a summary of all their coupons…the clicks,claims and balance due. I will be using this report to create the invoices. I would also like to integrate something that could email the clients as their coupons expire etc. This is basically the changes I require to sum it up in short.
