Build a Website

I need a website built for services. Here is the ideal flow: Step 1: Enter zip code to verify that we offer services in the customer's area Step 2: If we are in their area, there will be a drop down with about 10 options they can choose from. There will also be an "other" option. Step 3: After selecting their service or "other service" option, we will ask them a couple of questions to get details about their needs, including day and time they want service or an option for "now" (on demand) Step 4: They will enter their credit card information. It will say "Your card will not be charged until the service has been completed. Step 4: They will see something like "Your request has been processed. Someone will be in touch soon to confirm timing with you." Step 5: On the back end, we will get notifications whenever someone requests a service and we can dispatch someone to fill their order. Step 6: Upon fulfillment, we will need a place where the customer can sign to confirm that the service was fulfilled. Step 7: Upon signing, the customer's credit card will be charged. Ideally, I would like to get someone who has created sites like this already.
