I want a Directory Script to provide a listing of members of our professional organization.
The directory will allow clients to search for providers by various criteria.
Providers sign up to the directory and provide the following info:
Checkbox to Sign up as an Individual or Firm
First Name
Last Name
Firm’s name
Phone Number
City
Zip
Languages Spoken (Check boxes)
If they are signing up as a firm, they can enter multiple cities served
The listing can be either fee based or free as set up by the administrator
The directory should also be able to be populated by importing a csv file of the above information.
Clients can search for providers by:
Zip code (results presented in order of distance)
City
Language Spoken
The administrator should be able to pull various reports as needed.
