I felt pleased when i saw your project.... You want a website that has a custom admin end so you can easily add new photos, you want it to be SEO optimized which means it must be responsive (of course). Because the website is full of photos, the photos need to be properly optimized to avoid long loading times. I am the best man for this job because i have experience with custom admin end (custom CMS). I already have a fully functional admin end fully customization to suit any website need including yours. I have experience with mobile optimization. And because its not much work for me, since i already have a fully functional admin end... why spend so much?
