I just checked your reference website and noticed that is is built with PHP framework. - For your requirement , specially User friendly admin which be easily manageable by you, you can go for Wordpress. It is the most easiest platform for both front end & back end as well. Also there are various plug in available which be used with your website on suitable places. It will reduce development time as well. - Another option may be Drupal CMS. Like the same, Drupal have many modules available which be used for your requirement & it will also save development time. But for a new user, There may be some difficulties to manage the admin. Although, I will always be there for your support. - You can use Custom PHP as But it will take huge development time. Please share your comment. Now please check my understanding:- > There will be an intuitive search module. User be able to search properties for Rent or For sell. > After that user be bale to add few filter options like Location, property types, Required no of bedrooms & bathrooms & a price range. > On search, all available options be viewed. > on click of any suitable option, user be able to view the images of that property,Small description text, Location, No of floors Booking informations contact details, Amenities available, Inquiry form etc. Save property or print the details be there. > User be able to sent property details to any one through email.
