Build a Website

I would like a website which has the same functionality of [url removed, login to view] or Pastebin.com.

Functional Requirements:

Should be able to generate random links on each submission.

User Login & Registration (From DB and from using Google+, Facebook & Twitter)

Non Functional Requirements:

Options to switch between color schemes

Language syntax highlight (Java only)
