I want to create a data entry website. The website should be secured and allow access only to authorised personnel. The data input should be done through a standard online form. It should have the option to update records previously entered. Finally, the website should automatically collate all the data entered into a single pdf file (in a predefined template) or any other suitable format and send the document out as emails after every 12 hours.
