Build an Template and a modules for prestashop

Responsive Template (PC, Tablets, Phones): The purpose of the shop is to sell organic clothes and organic knits fabrics for baby and kids. I need an original graphic template with my logo and color line. The site can look like hand drawn, Kraft paper texture can be used. Should be original but not too much, very clean and easy to use. Some example can be provided on demand. The template should not look too kiddy. The template should allow me to add/remove menu/sub menu via the admin panel. The Shop will be on 3 languages French, German, English. I will do the translation but if text images are used .PSD or .AI files have to be delivered with the template. Only one top menu and filter box on left or under the top menu for the shop pages. The home page will be a blog page which I can manage from the admin panel. Another blog page called “event” should be accessible from the top menu and manageable as well in the admin panel. The site footer should show with nice graphic element: - That we are on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest with link to our pages - That we accept secure payment Via Paypal and SwissPost - Delivery Options - That we are Eco-responsible with a link to a page where I explain why I would like to allow client to login with PayPal, Facebook or Amazon. Module I’m crafting clothes base on client fabrics choice (linked with my stock). I need a module where client can chose the fabrics (usually 2 per product from 2 distinct category (united, printed)) and see a dynamic preview of their item. The price doesn’t change it’s a static price per item. I will provide photo of the finished product and explain the customizable part.
