Build a SteamAPI Bot Enabled Website

We are hiring a freelancer to create a coin flip website similar to [login to view URL] with some gameplay variations. This site will allow players to bet against each other in a coin flip style game using in-game items from the online gaming platform Steam as currency. The website will need to communicate with a C# bot that uses SteamAPI. Users on the site will be logging in using their steam accounts (I can provide a link to the tool for this). The coin flips will be determined via a provably fair hash system like the one used on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The SteamBot will trade with the users on steam for them to deposit/withdrawl Steam in-game items to/from the site. Once the bot receives the items it will credit the users account and they will be able to play. In order to spend the credits they win, the users must be able to purchase Steam items from the bots inventory, which must be displayed on the site (ex: [login to view URL]). This is a very common website type and we have multiple example sites that we can share with you. The UI will be minimalistic and the entire site quite simple. We would prefer a developer who has experience with SteamAPI and can implement the provably fair hash system along with a simple calculator for the users ([login to view URL]).
