1. The realestate website for searching of listings can be designed and developed. 2. It will function as a Search Engine helping home buyers and providing them the best deals. 3. The site will have the following features: a. It will implement the listings from MLS and idx, implementing their API for retrieving and displaying the listings under various locations/categories. b. The site will be designed in user friendly manner and with a clean template. c. Real estate listings are displayed under various topics - Best deals, featured listings etc., d. Search Module: Users can search for homes using the search filters - By location, by price etc., e. Search results are displayed in a map with markings. Results can be filtered by property type, price, bedrooms, baths etc., f. Clicking on a marker will popup the detail page and the agents information at the right column. Agents: a. Agents are assigned to each region. b. When a customer contacts the information will be passed on to the agent of that region. c. Agents can directly contact them and proceed with the dealing. Advocate Property Services will meet and discuss with you the aspects of your sale, preferred timing as well as techniques of advertisement etc. If I have got it correct then yes this website would save much time for sellers which are usually wasted with various brokers. This platform will conduct a separate campaign with agents about the campaign to be taken care of etc. This website people will do a communication between the sellers and agents .I am not sure what are the payment policy you have planned and if there is any subscription system for agents.
