Hi,
Looking for someone to build a mobile friendly rental website with an autoresponder that allows me the ability to contact members on auto pilot for new rental listings
Duties include web design, backend and frontend, this rental website should be easy to use for both users and admin. It's target market will be for Canada. You should have a good understanding of the English language if you're applying for this position.
Paypal payment gateway
-Free service and upgraded service for members.
-Upgraded members can stay at the top of listings for a predetermined price and predetermined amount of time set out by me admin.
Upgraded members will also be given the opportunity to highlight their listings in any color they choose, to stand out amongst their competitors.
-Advertising section that admin can control from admin area.
-5 advertising sections on each frontend page.
-The ability to change and structure how emails are sent from admin area
-subscribers will have the ability to opt out of emails easily at their request.
Easy and simple sign up and listing service which allows free members to add photo.
-Upgraded members have the ability to add videos up to 5 minutes to a listing.
