Hello there - I took a look at your Grassroots Jobs website. It looks like a great functional site - but could definitely use a sharper and more engaging design / layout. I recommend that we start by changing your logo and typeface to make the site easy to read and use. From there, we can find an aesthetic that makes the site truly one of a kind.
