I am looking for a web-designer to design a domain portfolio site for my domain business. Please let me know if you feel I should have this website designed on a WordPress template or through some other means? I want to be able to have people search by domain extension, then narrow it down by category. I would like buy now domains listed on one side & make offer on other side. I would like to link a Facebook and twitter page as well. I want the background to look like a scrabble board and each domain name that I enter to look like scrabble pieces on a board tile. These are the pages that I would need . I also want to be able to add a description for each domain name once someone clicks on a domain name.
I would also like to automatically link a credit card, PayPal and Escrow.com for domain names $999 and under and just escrow.com for any domain names I'm selling above $1,000. I use [login to view URL] I would need someone to upload all files for me. I also want to make certain that [login to view URL] would be compatible before we get started on the project.
I would like a simple back control panel so a dummy like me can add new domain extensions, new domain names, remove domain names, etc.
I would also like a search bar so people can search for keywords to see if I have available domain names for sale based off what they are searching for.
I am hoping that in the domain back control panel, I can see which domain names people are clicking on to read description, which domain names are being searched for, and where traffic is coming from to my site. I already have a logo. I was hoping for a nice blue background or if you have suggestions, please do let me know.
SEO knowledge would be a plus. I would also like a category for domain news, hire a domain broker, available domain names and Exchange Links as well. If I add articles under domain news, then does this help me rank higher in the search engines?
I would also like to implement Google Adsense and Clickbank into the website.
Last request: A newsletter that my audience can sign up for. I believe MailChimp is supposed to be free.

Then please explain why a customer will buy the domain from you without buying it from the domain company as you will charging some extra too. Are you offering some extra benefits to the customers on their buy from your site?

I would design and build a neat and clean website for your domaining business. I will make it in PHP and MySQL, with search and filters, also if you want testimonials and recent domain sales (you didn't mention them).
We would also make a domain details page, that would be sort of what Sedo and Namejet give us when we list with them.
