1. Landing page: This page will serve as the central presence of the website frontline appearance; it’s design that will reflect major activities, information, publicity, images, including full width headboard banner slides that will carry Bishop Vandyke key messages to the audience and to including Madame Vandyke and him. This page is going to carry all links to other parts of the website. I would like the design team present multiple design options design/framework to pick from that show the website layout and design. The page has to be user friendly and its information should be easily accessible.
2. Website Features/Functionality: Media Center /Video page: Users should be able to download past sermons and audio messages online to the laptop/desktop or portable device. This will be direct download and not a live stream.
3. Market Place/Store: A page to display and sell the bishop’s personal books written by him, including excerpt text library and DVD/CDs.
4. Donation page: For general church donations and online tithes payment. This page will process donation and tithes online transactions link to the ministries bank account. This should be very simple and easy processing.
5. Registration page: This page will include registration of all church members, current and incoming. Should contain a basic database of information on first and last name, current date, phone #, email address and short comments. Option to ministries Facebook page
6. Event/activities/photos and Itinerary: this page will carry all upcoming, current and past events – local and international. This page will obviously carry all church events, advertisement and major communication/announcements/messages.
7. About Us: About the Bishop’s background, his vision and mission statement for his ministries
8. Church Family: this page will carry a lot of links on teaching and mentoring for family success, by Bishop and Mother Vandyke Noah, including other prominent church pastors and ministers
9. International mission: this page will carry all international churches information their activities, including links to respective international church websites.
10. Blog: this will be an interactive page; it will highlight daily and weekly inspirational messages and information to church members and general public, allowing them to make remark and responses.
11. Live Chat page: this will be a page of short chat interactive session with members and public, not more than 500 words per chat comment.
12. Online Radio: this page will carry the already existing online radio; this could be part of the media center above, this will include embedded codes of LIVE streaming already in the making.
13. The website should be social media friendly for sites like Facebook, twitter and YouTube. Users should be able to post comments and likes from the site that will automatically directed to the church’s Facebook and twitter accounts with a goal of linking viewers or readers to the website.
14. Prayer Request: this page will contain inspirational and uplifting messages for people in need of prayer and spiritual intervention. Here is an example:
15. The solution should allow for user friendly content management where the site owner is able to create/add, read, delete/remove, update all the content on the website without needing technical know-how.
