This project is for someone with skills in Illustration prefers Architectural Illustration. I’m a real estate developer looking for someone with a talent and creative mind to help in our R&D (research and development) department on a freelance contract bases to develop new conceptual properties. Normal operations is for the provider to read the design brief of what we need to see in the conceptual property. From there you would use your own creative talents and come up with a visual concept. Most properties we would need about four (4) renderings per property. Most are from an exterior view however some properties may call for more views and an interior view. All drawings would be in color and water colors or traditional art in presentational view. An example is give as an attachment. I need someone that can also work quickly but provide great quality.
Budget is about $400.00 USD per rendering package (4 renderings per pack) or $100 per rendering. I would structure a minimal of 25 properties per contract cycle, but we have 100’s of property concepts so it’s a good long term contract. I don’t do advances. I pay once all work agreed in contract terms has been completed. I use Pay Pal as my preferred method of payment.
To be considered you have to show some aspects of your talent for this contract projected. So samples are required, please provide samples of architectural illustration work but other drawings will do as well. This is a serious project so if you don’t provide a sample portfolio of your work you will not be considered.
