Alter some Images

In the attached image, you can see that I fit 2 maps together to create a single map. I am looking for someone to make the top map look the same as the bottom map. This includes: - changing the thick gray boundary lines - except the one separating the 2 maps - to thin lines - changing the dotted boundary lines to thin lines - changing the font type and size to match the bottom map - fitting the town names within the towns, similar to the bottom map - in the bottom map, there is a dot and line leading to "Lawrence". Replace these with: Law- rence
