Create Business Dictionary [ Vbulletin ]

Hello Freelancers I want to include business dictionary for my website. What I want is -Page to print the search results of Business name, one image with link to their website, button "Reach Us" that pop up their business address and number. -Business finder search box at the homepage -If the user interest to add their business name to the business dictionary they have to have to "activate" the business listing in their profile. -Allow rating system for guest and member to rate them I have created the layout and saved as PDF file ready and need the project to complete in 4-5 days, and I am looking for someone that can work fast and provide high quality workmanship.
