I am looking for someone to build a website for me. The freelancer needs to have some knowledge of football/fifa 15. The website needs to be very similar to [login to view URL] (currently down because it has been DDOSED), where basically you will be opening packs which contain football players. There is also another website where you can see similar to what I am looking to achieve at [login to view URL] There needs to be some algorithm as well because I want a percentage rate on certain players because they are more rare
