Create visually impactful infographics for my website and hardcopy collateral

I have several pieces of content that I need to make more compelling by turning the content into infographics to post on my website and have the ability to print or email Some content is straight forward and other content will need some massaging to get into a infographic as they are heavy on text. I am a real estate broker in San Francisco and the content is for my clients and future clients who are very savvy and have very little time to consume content hence the need for creative inforgraphics for my content. I have attached 2 files, one that is straight forward and one that is heavy on text to provide you with a sense of the types of content I will have. In total I will likely have 15 pieces but will start with 2 to ensure a good fit from a creative stand point. Thank you for taking the time to review the job.
