Design window promotional window marketing for Personal Training studio

I have a window that I wish to market on with a kickstart fitness promotion. The size of the window is 126cm height x 155cm width. It is a window that gets lots of passing traffic and moving into the spring season, our goals is to increase our numbers through a short term , low cost kickstart. So I am looking at getting the artwork printed as window decals that can go straight onto the window. Please see attached the flyer that has been used in the past as a letter drop. Not all of the content needs to be placed on the window advert. Bits can be used as you see fit. Our target market are women between the ages of 30-55 who have put on some winter weight and are wanting to lose up to 10kg in time for summer. So this is who the ad needs to be talking to. I am looking for something eye catching and that will grab people's attention, so I am open to suggestions and use of images or no images. Also happy to get feedback on the working of the ad, I will leave it in your capable hands!! :) I am keen to see something awesome! Thanking you in advance!
