Design and build html and css of 10 to 20 html pages

I am developing a Website with Django. I am looking for help of someone that can take some ideas / sketches in PowerPoint and design a basic but appealing design for 10 to 20 pages of the HTML page that I am building. All pages are not defined yet, and it will surely involve going back and forward with each of the pages. The pages will have to be inserted into Django's templating system (can help on that). The work to be done will include: - suggest graphic layout of the pages - create or suggest images to include in the pages - create HTML and CSS files of the pages which will be inserted in Django - review and finetunning of the pages to be sure they fit well in the Django site - they will have to be responsive designs Given the characteristics of the Project, I will need someone with good design knowledge to prepare the graphic media to include in the pages but also with good or excellent HTML and CSS knoledge to put everything together. Project will span several days, maybe 2 or 3 weeks but will not be full time as my response time will not be immediate. I think it could start as a Project to pay by hours and after some time try to figure out a cost per page once the complete workload per page has been understood. I am interested in getting an overall estimate and an hourly rate. I will provide an example of a page that I have been working on and would like to improve. Very positive knowledge of Spanish.
