Design a Website Mockup

We are looking to have our small business website redesigned/completed with much more of a combination between a "friendly & professional" look. We would like to see a combination of sites "style" and ui functionality for both "end users & small businesses". Were looking for the site to be able to sell the products with styles similar to "[login to view URL]" for the initial style, ui pictorial design (without the "heavy" drop down menu) and be able to market to small business, providing "small business solutions" (contractual style) information, like any "corporate" style site (without all the "text") --Site must have a very friendly feel and style and looks - people like to see "pictures / flashiness" - they don't like to do heavy reading --Site must follow a "3 click" style - eg. customer lands on site, they like what they see....they click on what their looking for (either right on the main screen or simple navigation).....they click on the "product or service" that they want......then they can read product information and cost and buy OR read the service they need and apply or contact for that service. --An area on index screen must be able to constantly "change"....eg. new services added / promotions for that week or month / product specials and/or business specials / maby even a video of "new technologies" to come (informative) Our current site [login to view URL] then you click on the banner picture to go to the site (our site has and is going through many changes and is incomplete)....is a much earlier "static" style to a (still in concept design) style [login to view URL]
