Design a Website Mockup

Hi, The attached design is a work in progress that I've been working on. I'm not happy with the way it's going so I need a professional to look at it and complete it for me. What I'm trying to achieve is create a more of a 'showroom' feel to the page. This new pages is supposed to be bigger, brighter and have much richer content on it. It's purpose is to create a sub category page which will essentially be a showcase of that category. So if the category is 'Advertising', then I'm also creative a sub-category of 'writing' which will then have many pages underneath it. So the page I'm creating needs to sell what's coming next and drive people to it. Can you have a look at see how to make this page really sign through breath and depth of content including video, text, bullet points and more? The top right section can very top header (above the image) can't be moved as with the footer, the rest can. If you google 'five squids' you'll be able to see the original site and hopefully what I'm trying to achieve. It's in jpeg format, I don't have the PSD so you'll have to make do. Can we try and have a first run today?
