Design a Website Design a Gift Donations Component to Charity-Based Facebook AppMockup

We are creating a Facebook-based donations hub for connecting charities to donors. The application is called GiveWave.

The Scope of Work for this project is in creating a simple, yet professional, template for a component that allows Facebook users to provide gift donations to various charities in honor of specific Facebook friends/family.

As the overall design has already been crafted and implemented for GiveWave, the winning freelancer will take the initial design for our Charity page and adjust it to include the option for providing gift donations, rather than standard donations. Additionally, we expect the freelancer to 1) design a popup for the user to enter information for the gift donation (Facebook friend name, personal message, etc.), 2) create the gift donation notification template to provide to the Facebook friend(s), 3) customize our "Thank You for Donating" page for donations of this type, and 4) redesign the Charity page to include a tab format for including donation notifications (number of donations to this charity, amount of donations to this charity, etc.)

Our expectation is for a modular design of the aforementioned component. Additional information, including our initial design, will be provided upon award.

As the success of our application will depend on Facebook user traffic, our emphasis is on keeping the look clean and understandable, while also being stylish enough to grab a potential donors attention.
