We need a designer to create a new newsletter design for us. We have already gone through 2 different highly rated design teams for various design work and both started out great and then the quality of their work became VERY bad.
We are hoping to find a designer that is passionate and dedicated to continually producing high quality work.

Inside are examples of our current newsletter along with some details on what we want changed.
I'm providing the Sales section design and the Homepage design so you can see the new style we are going towards. Please use those as inspiration for the newsletter design.
The layout of the content isn't really so critical. It can even remain the same. The most important thing is that the layout is clean and simple. We are primarily interested in the header and footer styling.
Please come up with your best work. Hopefully if you are good and love what you are doing, we can continue to work together.
