Create User Manual - "IDIOT PROOF"

Hi There, I'm looking for a freelancer to create me a user manual. We 2 x meeting rooms with new Audio and Video equipment but we need to make a simple manual which needs to be idiot proof and a 60yr old can understand straight away. The Meeting room has all the AV controlled in an iPAD. So we need to make something that the user goes to the room looks at the manual and can do the following. I have added few screenshots of the iPad controller. So you will get an idea. General Use: 1. Audio Call 2. Video Conference 2.1 Control the video camera camera controls (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) 3. Use of Projector : Had 4 VGA ports on the table so user needs to know how to connect and where to connect Additional Controls 4. Control the Windows blinds 5. Audio control - Bass/ Treble I would like to see some ideas or sample of how you can get this done. Be me you best shot! Thanks Denesh
