We're looking for a developer/designer who will re-build our current WordPress theme from scratch: -Making it fully responsive (mobile, tablet and desktop version) -Using 100% valid code, while keeping the current design and structure -WordPress 4.0 compatible with fast loading times (<5 sec for homepage using Pingdom tools) Please see the attached file for the URL of the project. CONDITIONS: -Your bid must NOT be a placeholder. -Your bid MUST include your projected timeframe. -There will be 2 milestones: a) One for a complete PSD mockup of the homepage in mobile, tablet and desktop view b) One for the successful completion of the project, once the theme is 100% completed and responsive
