Build a theme for vtiger CRM 6

I need a new theme for vtiger 6 which would be based on http://gebo-admin-3.tzdthemes.com. I will provide the theme to the selected candidate.

The theme needs to be very professional and support RTL. We expect you to create any icons which are missing in the themeset. Any newly created icons should be similar to the existing icons in the theme.
