business cards, letterhead and other design editing

Hi, We have existing letterheads, business cards, etc. We just need a few things cleaned up such as a change of address, redesign a business card, resize some logos for use on social media sites, create a cover page that can be used in word for presentation of reports, and give us a quick template to use in Powerpoint. Although the above sound like a lot, we are just looking for simple designs and modifications. Please note I'm happy to make progress payments for key milestones, etc. I do not appreciate when designers try to up-sell half way through a project. The project budget is 60 USD. Letterhead (1/2 hour), Business Cards (1 1/2 hour), Images (1 hour), PowerPoint (1 hour), Cover Page (1/2 hour). This is a 4 and 1/2 hour project. I will review profiles and recommendations by clients before making a decision. Once I'm working with a designer I like progress and not renegotiation of terms. If you plan on getting the project and then renegotiating or selling me something I don't want, please do not apply for this project.
