Design a Tropical Caribbean B each T-Shirt for me

I own a tropical lifestyle company and I am looking to connect with an artist that has the following skills. 1. Can be creative and come up with ideas on their own. 2. Understands that it means to be a "parrothead" and Jimmy Buffett Fan. 3. Can create original artwork and not copy clipart from Getty Images. I HATE CLIPART. 4. Can show me real life examples of their work. To clarify, I am not looking to rip off margaritaville, etc. I am using this as an example due to their popularity. I want someone to show me what they can come up with and let's grow from there. I want true experience here. Designs will go on t-shirts, signs, mousepads, and more. If you do not know what a Parrothead is, this job is probably not for you. Who are we? The brand is Island Jay. My trademarked slogan is Not a Worry in the World. IslandJay.com. Island Jay is all about the tropical lifestyle. When you think ISLAND JAY, visions of sitting on a beach or tiki bar, chilling, should come to mind. The product we want is a t-shirt design for a Man or Unisex. Give me a a front design OR big back, pocket front design for a t-shirt. Let's talk about relaxing at the beach. A beer or margarita in your hand. Maybe a tiki bar or adirondack chair is in the scene. Toss in Island Jay (smaller) somewhere and Not a Worry in the World (Bigger). I am open to a simple or complex design and anything in between. We will print using DTG & Sublimation, so layers are not necessary, just Hi Res. Make it fluid, not rigid. The person that wears this t-shirt wants to be reminded of a Caribbean Beach Vacation. I am open to ideas and want an artist that will approach me because they have an idea that want to run by me. I am looking to build a relationship with an artist, so this is NOT a one time gig. Simple design $50, complex $51-$75. Show me something good and I will give you more work. If the design sells well, I will pay a more for the next one. I am focusing for artists in tropical climates, Caribbean,, South East USA, etc. I welcome worldwide offers, but you must be 100% fluent in english.
