Create logo by following these directions/tutorials

I will need this in .PSD format, make sure all the layers are separate for each letter and background. The text of the logo will be "GERMANTOWN LAWNSCAPES" in HELVETICA BOLD font. The background will be a picture of mulch (attached). I will provide the first letter "G" and the rest of the letters will look like grass ( tutorial: [login to view URL] ) You HAVE TO FOLLOW THE TUTORIAL COMPLETELY, no shortcuts!! The text should have a feel that it is growing out of the ground (mulch). The shape of the mulch & position of the text should be like in the attached picture ([login to view URL]) Pls ask any additional questions in PM. Budget is around $30-$50 depending on the quality. So i can better rate your experience with photoshop/quality of your work, submit a sample of 1 letter in the Grass text with the Mulch background in PM.
