Blackout t-shirt design

I have AI but no time. I need a creative design for a t-shirt that says Its about to be a BLACKOUT with emphasis on BLACKOUT which is my team name. I need this in Demonized font and in the color Kelly green with black outline. Its going on a white t-shirt. Please no straight laced paragraph design as if im writing a sentence. I would like to keep this in the $30 range. Creativity wanted. Please include your portfolio so i can have a sample of your work. I also need this in an AI file and a jpeg.
