AS3/HTML Website to Mobile HTML5/CSS3 Website

We have a Flash/HTML based 45 pages website. There is one AS3 script and rest of the pages are in HTML. The site was designed for PC's. We want the site to be converted into HTML5/CSS3 so that it can also work on iOS and Android mobile devices. What is the task 1/ Currently only the site is available. We do not have access to master psd files. So the vendor will have to develop mobile applications (iPad, iPhone and Android phone) UI using the images available on the website. 2/ Convert the landing page AS3 based SWF file into HTML5/CSS3 code. We are also open to JS for home page animation. 3/ Update all content into HTML5/CSS3 for both PC and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone and Android devices) This project is only for vendors who have review scores of 4.8 and above. The content on the site is minimal so there is not much data entry work. What ever data is there is available on the current website.
