Customize template from Oxwell.org Social Networking Script

What I need is pretty simple. [login to view URL] provides a free social networking website and preferred hosting service, so I choice one which will make the download and customizing pretty simple. This is the download info they provide, so what I would like is for experience programmer to customize it with the look I attached. I would like the background to be the world map and on the center the will be full embedded video from tubesnack.com. The menus are reorganized and I would need the admin panel where I can be able to control the site. I want the programmer to work it on it on his/hers server and then uploaded it to my server once it completed it. I will like someone that has time to put this together for me in a few hours.
