I am looking for a Gravity Forms developer to customise the database integration of the conditional logic forms I have started creating. [login to view URL] will be about 90 options on a dropbox, where each item will need to have a preset service code which will refer to a type of document (please see "tipo de documento" on the above link). Each option on this dropbox will show/hide fields based on the conditional logic created.I also need to create customised search filters on the admin, e.g. list by "form name" and "type of document".
